Combining fresh pineapple and grapefruit juice with luscious Boysenberry Liqueur and native New Zealand botanical Greenstone Gin, it creates a well-balanced fruity, but not too sweet cocktail.
45mL Greenstone Gin
20mL Boysenberry Liqueur
60mL Pineapple Juice
45mL Grapefruit Juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Double strain into a tall glass and garnish with a slice of grapefruit or fresh Strawberries.
