Shipping policy

🇳🇿 New Zealand: Standard flat-rate shipping is $10 per order nationwide, with free shipping on orders over $300.

Orders are sent with Post Haste Couriers. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

🇦🇺 Australia: We ship selected products to Australia.

$62 NZD — up to 2 × bottles of 500ml or less, OR 1 × 700ml bottle
$90 NZD — up to 4 × bottles of 500ml or less, OR 2 × 700ml bottles, including mixed combinations

Ordering more? Simply split your purchase into separate orders.

Some oversized products, including Cocktail Kits, cannot be shipped to Australia.

Any Australian import duties, taxes, customs charges or requirements are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot guarantee whether charges will be applied to individual shipments.

🌏 International Shipping: Please contact us at sales@kiwispirits.co.nz with your delivery address and intended order. Where international shipping is available, we'll provide a freight quote and can send you a secure Shopify payment link.

Due to the nature of our products, we can only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. We cannot accept returns for change of mind or accidental purchases. Please see our Return Policy for more information.
