Boysenberry Sour

Fresh lemon juice softens the rich Boysenberry Liqueur to create a delightfully delicate cocktail that goes down far too easily. The Boysenberry sour perfectly combines all its ingredient’s flavours and leaves you with a fresh zesty well-balanced cocktail.

30mL Boysenberry Liqueur
15mL Delightful Dry Gin
60mL Lemon Juice
15mL Simple Syrup
4 drops of Foamee or an Egg White

Add all ingredients to a shaker and wet shake (with ice) until well chilled then strain off the ice and Dry Shake (without ice) to create the foam. Then double strain into a coupe glass.
