The amazing array of flavours of sweet clove, sour Apricot Liqueur, and orange juice, with the herbaceous Greenstone Gin flawlessly mix, allowing all the individual flavours to speak on their own while being perfectly balanced.

30mL Greenstone Gin
15mL Apricot Liqueur
15mL Orange Juice
5mL Tulsi Holy Basil Syrup (See Below)

Shake all ingredients until well chilled and double strain into a cocktail glass.

To make the Tulsi Syrup add 3 tsp of Tulsi Powder to a cup and add 250ml of hot water. Allow it to sit overnight to infuse. In the morning, pour the liquid into a measuring cup and add sugar until the sugar and the Tulsi liquid reach the same height. Microwave on high for 2 minutes and stir well until the sugar is dissolved. Decant into a squeezy bottle.
Alternatively, you can substitute the 3 tsp of Tulsi powder for 4 lightly crushed cloves.
