45mL Greenstone Gin
20mL Lemon Juice
15mL Simple Syrup
2 Dash of Angostura Bitters
90mL Ginger Ale
Add all ingredients apart from the ginger ale to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until cold. Add Ginger Ale and strain into a cocktail glass of choice. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
