A twist of orange oil is the last step to this deep red cocktail made with Boysenberry Liqueur and Delightful gin, garnished with orange on a metal cocktail spoon

Boysenberry Gin Fizz

The fresh undertones of mint mixed with Boysenberry Liqueur and the tartness of tonic water come together to create a delightful dry berry cocktail. Tart, refreshing and absolutely luxurious.

30mL Boysenberry Liqueur
30mL Delightful Dry Gin
6 fresh bruised Mint Leaves
20mL Lemon Juice
5mL Simple Syrup
Tonic Water or Soda Water

Add all ingredients except tonic water to an ice filled mixing glass, stir until well chilled and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with tonic water or soda depending on your tastes. Garnish with fresh mint and a slice of orange.
