45mL Delightful Dry Gin
30mL Boysenberry Liqueur
4 drops of Foamee or an Egg White
20mL of Lemon Juice
Maraschino Cherries on a skewer for garnish
Wet shake (with ice) until well chilled then strain off the ice and Dry Shake (without ice) to create the foam. Strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with Maraschino Cherries.
