Easy to make and even more delicious, the Katinka is a beautifully well balanced slightly tart cocktail. The fresh lime juice rounds out and works perfectly with the Apricot Liqueur and the velvety Premium Vodka adds a soft and smooth final addition to this drink.

30mL Premium Vodka
20mL Apricot Liqueur
10mL Lime Juice

Shake all ingredients then double strain into a small cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of lavender
