A decadent spin on the classic Martini, the perfect cocktail to make for celebrations. classy, classic and just the right amount of indulgent. The Champagne adds a beautiful bubbly texture to the cocktail, but not so strong as to overpower the wonderful elements provided by the gin and Vermouth.

40mL Delightful Dry Gin
40mL Dry Vermouth
Top with Brute Champagne
And a twist of lemon

Stir Delightful Gin and dry Vermouth in a mixing glass filled with with ice until slightly diluted then strain into coup glass and top with Champagne and garnish with a twist of lemon.
