Decadently rich and velvety smooth, Bill Bligh’s prohibition never stood a chance with this cocktail around. Rich and intense, this cocktail perfectly combines all its flavours to create something a little out of the ordinary but absolutely unique and divine.

1 Tablespoon of Pics Peanut Butter
30mL Tangelo liqueur
30mL Kiwi Spirit’s Premium Vodka
30mL good Coconut Cream
Cinnamon Quill
Grated fresh cinnamon to taste

Add all ingredients to the small half of your cocktail shaker and stir until the peanut butter has dissolved, add ice and shake like you are on a shake weight commercial. Strain into cocktail glass and cover with freshly grated Whittaker’s Dark Sante Chocolate and garnish with dried orange.

A short glass on a wooden bar holds the penicillin cocktail, dusky orange garnsihed with flakes of ginger. Two whiskey chocolates sit alongside as the perfect mouthful.
