Fresh, fruity, and ever so slightly tart, the Motupipi Martini is velvety bliss in a glass. The pineapple rounds out the Boysenberry Liqueur and the Delightful Dry Gin brings forward beautiful fruit notes to create a perfectly balanced drink.


30mL Delightful Dry Gin
30mL Boysenberry Liqueur
60mL Pineapple Juice
Lemon wedge for garnish

Add all ingredients to an ice filled cocktail shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a bruised lemon leaf.
