Well balanced and easy to sip, the soft honey notes from the Waitui Whiskey blend perfectly with the ginger, honey, and citrus from Wild Manuka Tonic to form this warming winter cocktail.

15mL Lemon Juice
30mL Waitui Whiskey
15mL Wild Manuka Tonic

Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until well chilled. Strain into a tumbler and garnish with a slice of fresh ginger.
