Pohara Sunrise

Refreshingly fruity and absolutely delicious, this gorgeous cocktail will have you dreaming of lazy summer days on Pohara beach.

30mL Tangelo Liqueur
30mL Pineapple Juice
20mL Lime Juice
20mL Delightful Dry Gin
5mL Simple Syrup
Ice and Soda Water


Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 10 seconds and strain into an ice filled Collins glass, top with soda and stir. Garnish with a sprig of lavender.
