From this basic recipe, you can experiment with garnishes such as Orange, Berries, Cinnamon.. or tonics, we are so lucky to have such a large selection of quality flavoured tonic available now days and of course, the wonderful world of Gins! Enjoy and happy experimenting!

A small glass full of ice, full of ice is important as the last thing you want is a too much tonic to gin ratio which will drown your Gin. Then, simply, 30mL of your favourite Gin topped with quality Tonic Water and a squeeze of lemon.
