Top with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut
Garnish - Dried Lemon
Method:
Half fill a martini glass with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut.
In an ice-filled mixing glass, add lemon juice, sugar syrup, and Delightful Dry Gin. Stir until chilled.
Strain the mixture into your half-filled matini glass and fill to the top with Cloudy Bay Pelorus Brut.
Garnish with a dried lemon slice.
