Classic Martini:
45mL Greenstone Gin
45mL Noilly Prat Vermouth
Dirty Martini:
45mL Greenstone Gin
45mL Noilly Prat Vermouth
15mL Sandhurst Olive Brine
Method:
Fill your cocktail shaker or mixing glass with ice.
Add all ingredients.
Shake for a colder, slightly cloudier texture — or stir for a silky, crystal-clear finish.
Strain into a chilled martini glass.
