Hugo Spritz
Crafted by Six Barrel Soda
A sunny collaboration with Six Barrel Soda, who have created this aromatic and refreshing spritz using our Greenstone Gin and their signature Elderflower Syrup. Bright, bubbly, and beautifully balanced, The Hugo Spritz is made for warm days and effortless evenings – a true celebration in a glass.
Ingredients
- 20mL Greenstone Gin
- Small handful of fresh mint leaves
- 20mL Six Barrel Soda Elderflower Syrup
- 25mL St Andrews Limonade
- 120mL prosecco
- Lime slices and a mint sprig, for garnish
Method
- Place a fresh mint sprig in a large wine glass and add the Elderflower Syrup. Gently muddle to release the mint’s aroma, then let it infuse for 3–5 minutes.
- Fill the glass with ice and pour in the prosecco. Top with Limonade and stir gently to combine.
- Garnish with a mint sprig and lime slices. Serve immediately.
