A sparkling collaboration with Six Barrel Soda, who created this cocktail using our local spirits and their expertly crafted sugar syrup. The result is a bright, elegant drink that balances the vibrant flavours of our Delightful Gin and Boysenberry Liqueur with a touch of sweetness and celebratory bubbles.

Ingredients

  • 30mL Delightful Gin
  • 15mL Boysenberry Liqueur
  • 10mL Six Barrel Soda Sugar Syrup
  • Top with bubbles
  • Fresh raspberry, for garnish

Method

  1. In a shaker, combine the Delightful Gin, Boysenberry Liqueur, and Six Barrel Soda sugar syrup with ice.
  2. Shake gently to mix and chill.
  3. Strain into a flute.
  4. Top with bubbles.
  5. Garnish with a fresh raspberry and serve.
