Lime Liqueur is the perfect addition to a Gimlet. Made with real
limes, it has a beautifully dry floral citrus earthiness that complements gin so well, add a touch of sweet to the mix and you have perfection. Citrus, gin, sugar, you can’t really ask for a better flavour combination, one of the reasons this classic has lasted the test of time and has been delighting patrons for the last one hundred years.

30mL Greenstone Gin
15mL Lime Liqueur
15mL Simple Sugar Syrup


Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until well-chilled. Strain into a martini glass or your glass of choice and enjoy
