Crafted by Six Barrel Soda
A bright, floral cocktail with a citrusy snap, this delicious drink brings together Greenstone Gin’s botanicals with the tart vibrancy of hibiscus and grapefruit. Fresh, zesty, and beautifully pink, it’s an effortless drink that's perfect for summer gatherings.
Ingredients
- 45ml Greenstone Gin
- 30ml Six Barrel Soda Hibiscus Syrup
- 30ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
- 15ml St Andrews Limes Lime Juice
- Rose petal, fresh or dried (to garnish)
Method
- Add the gin, hibiscus syrup, grapefruit juice and lime juice to a cocktail shaker.
- Fill the shaker with plenty of ice.
- Shake hard for 10–12 seconds until well chilled.
- Fine strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- Garnish with a fresh or dried rose petal and serve.
