Espresso Martini
This rendition of the ever-popular Espresso Martini uses rich Tangelo Liqueur and Delightful Dry Gin to create a lighter, softer version of the original that has hints of Jaffa’s and coffee cake to make an utterly delicious cocktail.
60mL Cold Americano or 1 shot of Hot Espresso
30mL Tangelo Liqueur
30mL Delightful Dry Gin
10mL Simple Syrup
Add all ingredients to a shaker and shake hard. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with candied orange or lots and lots of freshly grated Whittakers dark chocolate.
