Ole Fashioned

The exquisite oaken honey taste of Waitui Whiskey pairs wonderfully with the rich combination of Angostura Bitters and Tangelo Liqueur. This is a beautifully complex “old fashioned” variation that has smooth warming orange notes - perfect for an evening by the fire.

Add a large ice cube to your desired glass
Add a dash of Angostura Bitters
20ml of Tangelo Liqueur
Stir until the edges of the ice cube begin to melt
Then pour over 30ml of Waitui Whiskey
Garnish with a twist of lightly charred orange peel
