The Bee's Knees
A tantalising combination of honey sweetness and citrus, with floral notes from the gin, create this stunningly soft and easy to drink cocktail.
30mL Delightful Dry Gin
20mL Honey Liqueur
15mL Lemon Juice
4 drops of Foamee or one Egg White
Wet shake (with ice) until well chilled then strain off the ice and Dry Shake (without ice) to create the foam. Then double strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with fresh lavender.
