Made from pure local honey collected from the native forests of Golden Bay, our Honey Liqueur has spent nearly a year resting in one of our whiskey barrels, developing a beautiful depth and richness while keeping the delicate floral character of the honey.
Time in the barrel has added warm notes of oak and vanilla, creating a smooth, rich liqueur that is gorgeous sipped neat or over ice. Try it with soda and fresh lemon for a lighter serve, or add it to cocktails and desserts.
This is a limited release, with just over 100 bottles available. More Honey Liqueur will be laid down to rest, but like all good things, it takes time.
