Join us for an interactive, hands-on evening at Kiwi Spirit Distillery, where you’ll learn how to craft three different cocktails alongside Bailey — a curated mix of our signature favourites and some exclusive creations designed for the evening.

This is your chance to step behind the bar, build confidence, and learn the techniques needed to recreate impressive cocktails at home.

Throughout the night, each cocktail will be paired with a tapa, creating a full tasting experience - not just a class. Everything you make, you’ll enjoy, all included in your ticket.

To take the experience home, you’ll receive a cocktail recipe card along with a handy cheat sheet covering key techniques and tips shared during the session.
