The deep spicy notes of the Mezcal and Ginger Ale work perfectly together and the Tangelo Liqueur and fresh lime soften out the earthy tones. An absolutely stunning drink.

30ml of Tangelo Liqueur
15ml of Mezcal
15ml of fresh lime juice

Stir the above with plenty of ice and top with Karma Gingerella and strain into a glass full of ice and garnish with a slice of dried orange and fresh bruised rosemary.
