Today is a very exciting day, we feel like little kids on Christmas morning. Our new state of the art, beautiful stills have finally arrived from Germany. These two stills are the best of the best made by the famous company Arnold Holstein.

We now have a refining still for making spirits like Whiskey and Tequila and a column still for distilling spirits like Gins and Vodkas. They are both made of copper, this is the preferred metal used for distilling due in part to the “mouthfeel” copper gives to spirits, plus…. they look absolutely stunning.
