5 Fresh Mint Leaves
10mL Lime Juice
30mL Tangelo Liqueur
30mL Soda Water
Crushed Ice

Muddle the mint leaves, add lime juice and Tangelo Liqueur. Stir with ice until well chilled and then add soda water. Strain into a rocks glass half filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a generous sprig of mint.
