45mL Tangelo Liqueur
20mL Delightful Dry Gin
30mL Lemon Juice
10mL Simple Syrup
4 drops of Foamee or an Egg White
Ice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker. Wet shake (with ice) until well chilled then strain off the ice and Dry Shake (without ice) to create the foam. Strain into a chilled Coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.
